• Logistic support (Store & Supplies) to CAA offices under special provisions of all packages of IIAP project as well as CAA purchases (Billing of IPC’s, Patty Purchases & R&M Works etc.).
• Complete record keeping including indenting of goods and services, Inventory of items/equipment received under Special Provisions of different packages of project and CAA purchases.
• Procurement of goods/services i.e. creation, compilations, and issuance of tender documents, participate in tender opening assemblies.
• Coordinate with contractors of different packages for supplies and logistics support to CAA on account of special provisions to cope up with day to day needs of CAA offices.
• Being an assistant to AD (LOG) member of different boards/committees assisted quiet efficiently and with full commitment and competence to achieve the objective. i.e., healthy competition and best quality of product and services being procured.
• Perform all other duties task positively being assigned by management
• Complete procurement of goods & services by following predefined SOP’s as per CAA Rules
I.e. Prepare & issue Bid documents, publishing tender in news paper, receiving both financial technical bids from bidders, drafting evaluation reports as PPRA & CAA regulations etc.
• Participation in procurement of mega packages of project including making of BOQ and final contracts
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Assisting in Sales.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
